So what is NEWD?

NEWD is a chance to bring women from the snowsports industry together with female consumers and fellow ski and snowboarding enthusiasts. A space built by and for women who ride, ski, design, lead, and inspire.

Through hands-on demos, real conversations, and shared rides, we’re building a new kind of outdoor culture. One where women lead, create, and belong from the start - all while throwing a damn good party.

    Demo new skis, snowboards and accessories. Talk to the reps and brand experts to figure out what’s right for you. You can even score a deal on next years models. Check out the vendor village for other female founded and managed companies.

    Create community

    There are not many women’s snow events in New England. We aim to create a space that’s super fun, laidback, and gives you a chance to meet other ladies who love to ski and ride like you. Bring your friends (even your guys - all are welcome) and find your winter people.

Each year NEWD partners with a non-profit organization that is out there changing the lives of women, creating inclusion in our industry, or founded/run by the lady BAMF’s of our community. Check back to meet our 2026 Non-Profit Partner

This year’s partner is Boarding for Breast Cancer, a 501(c)3 organization that has poured decades of energy into educating young people about early detection, offering survivor support, and promoting a healthy lifestyle through interactive events in the board sports community and beyond.

B4BC hosts events all around the country with fun and immersive activities that make a lasting, and sometimes life-saving, impact.
